2013−2023年に制作・出版したアートブックや参加したプロジェクトのポスターを展覧会の入り口に展示し、観覧者が閲覧できるようにしました。

2020−2023年の３年間、奈良県をフィールドにして行ってきたリサーチや制作活動の結晶物として、地元の職人さんたちにご協力いただきながらデザイナーの長岡綾子さんと共同で制作した本や、造本の際に使った素材《素材の図書館》を、今展覧会のために再構成して展示しました。本のドローイングをモチーフにして制作したモビールは、今展覧会で初めて展示しました。

New Faculty Exhibition
Three artists, Takahiro Iwasaki, Mutsumi Tomosada, and Aki Nagasaka, who newly became art faculties at the university held a series of solo exhibitions.

Reading Corner
Books, posters
I set up a reading corner at the entrance of the exhibition, displaying the books and posters which I made and published and/or projects I participated. The visitors were welcome to browse them.

As the outcome of three-year field-research and activities conducted in Nara in 2020-2023, I and the designer Ryoko Nagaoka produced limited-edition books with helps from the craftsmen in Nara. I showed the books and materials used for making the books《Material Library》as a new installation for this exhibition. The mobile sculpture created from the drawings in the books was a new work for this exhibition.

The work was produced and exhibited in Italy in 2020 and reconstructed for the exhibition at the Art Museum, Tokyo University of the Arts in 2021. I showed the 2021 version in this exhibition.
